  1. Don’t say that: my mates have just moved there to get away from it all (‘it’ here meaning self-deluded hypocritical windbags).

  2. Wedding? Really?

    Have I missed something.

Best time to visit England is when we’re fighting Germans. You then get a kind of ‘Eurozone’ pass that allows you to wander all round Ye Olde Worlde. Or fly over it. Strafing. French girls also kiss you lots when you arrive in Paris. Bring Nylons. And, you know . . . don’t be late.

  3. BroMu,
Don’y bring that up or they’ll ask where we were in Indo-China. Then we’ll have to explain that there was to an all Vietnam Election was due but……………drones on………and on……..and on………………………..and no Apple equipment was involved.

  4. Dang I need to pull this out of the RSS feed and put it back into my daily check. It doesn’t update for the longest time and then tells me there are a ton new comments.

  5. Can’t Del design some stomach gnawers that eat the excess of whatever we eat.
    Maybe tame tape worms?

  6. So that’s why the milk and honey supply in Michigan is depleted. Is your cat fur allergy giving you the hives? Here’s the reason!

  7. It’s a common misconception that bees *eat* honey, rather than making it, Ace.

In fact, bees eat pizza, dandelions, and mains electricity (often in the form of transformer sub-stations), the last of which gives them their characteristic ‘buzz’ sound (at around 230-250 Hz)

  8. BroMu,
That should be 240 or 250Hz as the accepted alternating mains current distribution and it must be AC as you stipulated transformer sub-stations, are 50 or 60 hz which must be regulated within strict limits.

Damn. Just realised when you wrote sub-stations as in underwater. Does that mean those BeeCats can swim?

  9. It’s getting near the jump so I’m out of here unless I can train CatBees to help me to float gently down.

Raise you one Audie Murphy and a Jane Russell, well coffin really.

  10. I raise you one Evel (zombie) Knievel.

    For his ‘jump clearance’ experience.

    And the groovy leathers.

  11. Does wearing a cat mask offer any protection from these cat critters, as I believe you cousins refer to them?

  12. I think some of them might have been seen in our high street also.

In fact, I think I went out with one.
